Not every job requires permits or inspections. Some remodeling projects will require permits if the structure is changing. The owner shall obtain all licenses and permits necessary for the proper completion of the work. We will determine the permits needed and guide you through the process. We are able to pull permits at an additional cost.

We specialize in interior and exterior work. No project is too big or too small for us. We have in-house managers, employees, and a team of reputable subcontractors.

Our service area includes Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland, Snohomish, Sammamish, Issaquah, Woodinville, Redmond, Mill Creek, Marysville, Lynnwood, and Everett.

Once ready, we will send you a formal contract. Then we will invoice you for 40% of the total cost. Once 40% of the job is complete (agreed upon by both parties), we will likely need progress payments from that point forward. You will be able to withhold a percentage defined in the contract until 100% completion to ensure everything is done to your satisfaction.

If we have other projects in the works, we will let you know ahead of time before you are added to our calendar. We will schedule the dates for your job when we know there is an opening. We will keep you informed of any changes to the schedule. Once we are working on your project, it is our goal to complete it before we move to the next one.

Yes, you will have an onsite manager who will be your direct point of contact to handle day-to-day communication. The project will have a team who are all qualified to do any part of the required work.

We have our own crew and a team of trusted subcontractors. Upon request, we will present a list of subcontractors proposed to complete necessary portions of the project. We will not employ any subcontractor to whom the owner objects. If we hire a subcontractor, it is done on a case-by-case basis, and they will always carry their liability and insurance.

We offer a 1-year warranty on our labor.

We usually start between 8 and 9 am and end the day after 5 pm. Some days we may have to work past 5 pm to complete the project in a timely manner.
